Immigration & border

Border Security & Immigration

What do you think are the 3 biggest challenges facing constituents?

Financial security, illegal immigration and border security, and the tax burden on working families and small businesses. Families are struggling with the rising cost of living, many are concerned about the security of our borders and the enforcement of immigration laws, and taxpayers deserve a system that is fair, transparent, and allows them to keep more of what they earn.

If elected, how do you plan to address those challenges?

If elected, I will introduce and support legislation to strengthen border security, enforce existing immigration laws, and streamline legal immigration. I will also work to reduce unnecessary government spending, support policies that lower costs for families and small businesses, and pursue tax reforms that provide relief to working Americans while encouraging economic growth.

What steps should Congress take to ensure a quality education for students?

Congress should support high academic standards, increase accountability for federal education funding, expand parental involvement and school choice, and prioritize student achievement in reading, math, science, and career readiness. Schools should provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed while ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.

Energy & environment

What, if any, should be the role of Congress in the regulation of data centers?

Congress should establish clear, consistent national standards that encourage investment in data centers while protecting critical infrastructure, energy reliability, cybersecurity, consumer privacy, and local communities. The federal government should avoid unnecessary regulations that hinder innovation while ensuring companies operate responsibly and transparently.

Jobs, wages & cost of living

Affordability & the Economy

Lower the cost of living, support working families and small businesses, and promote responsible economic growth.

What do you think Congress should do about the affordability issues facing constituents?

Congress should focus on reducing inflationary spending, lowering taxes for working families, encouraging affordable housing through increased supply and reduced regulatory barriers, and ensuring that taxpayer-funded public benefits are administered in accordance with federal law. My priority is making housing and essential goods more affordable for American families while promoting fiscal responsibility.
